Bible Study Guide: Learn How to Start Reading the Bible

“I want to read the Bible, but I always get overwhelmed. How do I overcome this and establish a routine of Bible study?”

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. I know what it’s like to be told to read your Bible without being given practical steps to begin. I created this Bible Study Guide to help you move from feeling overwhelmed to knowing where to start.

As Christians, we are called to spend time in God’s Word and seek Him every day. Whether you’ve never opened a Bible or want guidance for a more consistent Bible study routine, this guide offers practical, actionable steps to help you get started.

What This Bible Study Guide Will Help You Do

• Learn how to establish a routine of reading and studying the Bible.
• Find places to begin reading Scripture.
• Discover questions to ask as you study.
• Understand what prayer is and why it matters.
• Explore the role of the Holy Spirit in Bible study.

Who This Guide Is For

This guide is for the gal who has never touched a Bible, the Christian gal who needs more guidance than “Read your Bible and pray every day,” and the skeptic who wants to learn more. It’s also for that girl you’ve been encouraging to seek God, and every soul who desires to draw closer to Him but needs a little guidance.

Please note: This is a guide to how to study the Bible, not a Bible study on a specific book or topic. It teaches you how to establish your own Bible study routine.
