We process orders within 2 to 3 business days. Please keep in mind that holidays will affect processing and shipping time. During the holiday season, we recommend ordering early to ensure timely arrival — check the banner at the top of our website for any seasonal cutoff announcements. If processing will take longer than 3 days for any other reason, we will post a notification at the top of our website. Shipping time will vary depending on your chosen method and USPS.

United States: We ship via USPS. Available services include Ground Advantage and Priority Mail.

Canada: We ship via USPS international services, including First Class Package International, Priority Mail International, and Priority Mail Express International.

While we will do our best to locate your shipment, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Once the package is delivered to USPS, it is no longer in our control.
