Digital Downloads Info

You will be given access to your digital download immediately upon purchasing your good. You will see a button to download your file in your confirmation page, and you will receive an email with a download link. Be sure to save your download to your files so you can access it without using the download link. We recommend downloading as soon as you purchase. Please note that you only have to purchase a digital product once, and you can print that one as many times as you need. No need to purchase double! Please note that digital files are copyrighted and are not to be shared or distributed. This means if you are using a study in a group setting, the file should not be shared and each individual should purchase their own copy. 

If you need access to your download link, or if you are unable to access your files with your current link, please email us at rblministries1@gmail.com or using the contact form with the order number of the digital downloads (can be found under "orders" in your customer account) we will be happy to assist you. 

 We switched to a new digital download software on 4/21/2025. If you purchased a digital download before this date, the download link you were sent will no longer be active. Please email us if this is the case and we will be happy to help.

Please note all digital downloads can only be downloaded 5 times. This is done to prevent unauthorized sharing and distribution.
